The Super Ability Crew
A grassroots youth movement made up of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Super Ability Crew is a diverse group of youth and adults of all abilities, united in their mission to inspire one another, break down stigmas, and build a community where everyone truly belongs.
They run their own programs, lift each other up, and show the world what's possible when people with disabilities lead the way.
Our Movement
At Super Ability Crew, we celebrate what makes each of us unique. Everyone has abilities and potential, and we want the world to see it.
We believe when employers, teachers, and communities open doors, people gain confidence and self-esteem. That’s when true opportunities grow.
Our focus is simple: connect, create, participate, inspire, learn, and motivate. Together, those things build leadership and growth. Not just in our group, but far beyond.
Belonging matters. That’s why one of our biggest goals is empowerment. When we stand together, we shine a light on everyone’s strengths, skills, and talents. And when that light shines, the whole community gets brighter.
