Sports Club
Our Crew. Our Movement. Our Sports.

Every two weeks on Sunday, the Super Ability Crew Sports Club gets active together. Led by our very own crew members as Tabata movement instructors, we bring energy, encouragement, and fun right from within our community.

From obstacle courses that challenge us in new ways to our main sport, floor curling. Where our team proudly competed on the world stage in Spain, each session is about more than exercise. It’s about teamwork, leadership, and showing what’s possible when we move together.

What makes our Sports Club special is that it belongs to all of us. We cheer each other on, we try new things, and we celebrate every step, slide, and throw. Whether you’re moving fast, steady, or simply lending your voice from the sidelines, you’re part of the Crew.

Together, we’re proving that being active is for everyone, and that sports can build confidence, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

Representing Canada at the MAGIC World Games 2025
This summer, Zoe, Sejin, and Aiden had the honour of competing in the sport of floor curling at the MAGIC World Games in Spain.

It wasn’t just about the medals it was about spreading awareness for a sport that is 100% accessible to everyone. Competing on the world stage gave our Crew the chance to share what inclusion looks like: teamwork, friendship, and the joy of playing a game where everyone belongs.

Floor Curling
Did you know? Before we start our movement programs, we warm up together. At Super Ability Crew, every activity starts the same way with Tabata. High energy, full effort, and led entirely by our athletes themselves. Not by a coach. Not by a staff member. By the crew. That is who we are. That is how we roll. Tabata sets the tone. It says: we are here, we are focused, and we are ready to go. By the time our athletes step onto the floor curling sheet, they are already loose, locked in, and fired up. Every week, our Floor Curling crew shows up. Same time. Same energy. Same commitment. That kind of dedication does not happen by accident. It happens because something real is being built here. Skill, confidence, community, and a whole lot of fun along the way. Our amazing young adults are always ready to learn, grow, and challenge themselves in a sport that rewards focus, strategy, and teamwork. What does that look like in practice? It looks like someone landing their first clean delivery and turning around to see their whole team cheering. It looks like a crew that has gone from learning the basics to developing real game strategy. Competitive athletes look like people who started as total beginners now coaching each other through tricky shots. Week after week, our athletes show up and put in the work. They celebrate each other's progress. They push through the tough rounds. And they leave every practice a little better than when they walked in. This is what all ability sport looks like at its best.
